Part 1:

Denise runs through the importance of methylation in the body, covering how and why it occurs in all cells. She covers a description of the basic biochemistry of methylation and how this impacts ageing and health, and how these processes occur in the body. Denise then goes over epigenetic biological age, telomere length and the DunedinPACE; which is a DNA methylation biomarker for the pace of ageing.

Part 2:

Denise runs through case studies and treatment options based on test results. She covers how to improve ageing, the time-frames required for taking supplements and other treatment protocols, retesting, and the benefits of utilising additional pathology testing alongside the TruAge results.
